The class was under her control.
After some time a teacher from other class came to ours and said, ‘your Hindi maa’m is absent today, you can complete your notes or revise any subject you want’.
Who is the monitor of this class?
‘Khushboo’
A few students said in a chorus.
Khushboo came in front of class with a feeling of proud on her face.
‘Yes maa’m, I am the monitor’
Ok Khushboo, see there is no noise in the class and if somebody does, write their name on the black-board, I’ll come and take them to the Principal’.
As the teacher left the class, the Monitor started rubbing the Black board so as to write names of the guys to be encountered today.
‘Wait, let me note down the test portion’ Jaspreet said.
And I realized even I have to note this; I took my Diary and noted the test portion.
My diary was full of remarks:
“Science notes not complete”, “English notes not complete” and so on.
The look of my diary was quite similar to my report card. On the report card there were red MARKS and on Diary red REMARKS.
‘Done’, I said after keeping the dairy back.
‘What to do now’, Abhishek asked me who sits in the front row of mine.
Suddenly we heard a sound of slap and we all turned towards that, I saw Amit, He had his hand on his face and tears in his eyes.
‘I guess Malisa slapped him’ Jaspreet said.
‘What happened’ I was curious.
‘He is not returning my Biology notes’ Malisa said.
‘Come, I’ll take you to the principal today’.
I guess she was not satisfied with what she did now; looking at her face it looked like she wanted to hang him in front of the school till his last breath.
‘I’ll return it tomorrow’ Amit said with a sorry feeling.
‘No,I am not going to listen to you, you are saying this since last four days and now I have to prepare for the test, I am not going to leave you today’ Mailsa was a liitle harsh this time.
‘Calm down Malisa, we’ll talk to our Class teacher about him’
‘Malisa I think you should say sorry to him’ Khushboo asked.
‘Sorry, my foot’ and Malisa went back to her desk.
Malisa was a girl with good grades with a little arrogance. We hardly talked ever, she had a small group of friends, comprising of Rishika, Neet and Richa.
The group was famous for their intelligence. It was a gang of girls with good combination of mind and beauty.
We enjoyed the fight.
‘This Bio subject is a big trouble for every one of us’ I murmured and I started thinking of Biology teacher again.
I took my compass box out from my bag, took the pencil and kept it in my pocket.
Straight away I went to the monitor-
‘I want to use the washroom’
‘You cannot, teacher in not in the class, you have to wait till the other teacher comes’
As I had an idea of taking revenge from that stupid teacher, I wanted to complete the mission instantly.
‘May I take permission from the teacher of next class; I need to use the washroom, its really urgent’
Ok she said.
With a smile on my face and a pencil in my pocket I managed to take permission from the teacher and straight away went to the washroom.

Story Teller Part 3
‘I just hate her’ I spoke to myself.
She was on top of the hit list of my enemies; the list was full of my school teachers and my rickshaw fellows. I wanted to teach a lesson to all of them after I pass out from the school and to make this plan successful I wanted to involve a few good goons of my class.
Amit (a boy with a rounder in his hand all the time, has was punished several times because of his attacking nature, he was not a criminal but he loves to inject rounder’s pin into others’ arms in case somebody doesn’t listens to him).
Abdul (a very naughty student of my class with a good sense of humor, he had a gang of his own, he was very dominating and was Godfather of his gang, He used to make maximum utilization of lunch break by fighting with the gangsters of other section).
NEXT PERIOD:
Hindi had never been a tough subject for me; in fact it was the favorite subject of mine. At my home whenever my parents asks me to study, I take my hindi notebook and read it again and again.
Though it was the subject of ease for me, I was scared of it today.
‘I forgot to bring the notebook, I left it on my bed I guess’, I said.
‘Ready for another punishment’ my partner said with a killing smile on his face.
‘Please arrange for one from the other section’ I asked him as I do not have friends there.
Because of my shy nature I was least popular among the students of other section.
‘OK, I will get it, but in return you have to give me the new pen for the whole day you’ve brought today’
‘Sure’, I said.
The teacher was late today and the monitor took charge of the class.

Story Teller part 2
I went outside the class and didn’t even bother to carry the notebook. In the class this was nothing unusual to me. I never mind of being punished but when it comes to public (out of the class) I used to feel a little ashamed. Over and above the chances of getting scold doubles when you are out of class as you never know when your Principal would come on round.
‘O god, please send at least one more guy to join me” I prayed.
I was least interested in what was going in the class.
Our was a three story school building the classes were built in such a way that we had a lobby in between and classes on both the sides, just like a hotel’s construction. I guess it was built with the intention of converting it into a lodge if the school business doesn’t work
I shifted towards left so as to hide myself from the students of my class and the class in front of me.
I struggled to make some space to stand between the water bottles .
As we were not allowed to carry water bottles inside, students keep it either on the left or on the right of the door of the class. You can see small-small bunch of bottles almost in front of every class of my school. But one thing I noticed that the higher class (10th to 12th) students never carry these as it looks like it was against their maturity level.
I searched through the bottles and picked the best one “cello”, as I heard a lot about it. It is very expensive; water stays cold in it for a long time etc.etc.
As soon I took the first sip, I again heard the same irritating voice.
‘What are you doing and why haven’t you kneel down?’
I slowly took water inside and without uttering even a single word bent down on my knees.
The class went on and just before the period gets over I heard very bad and very unwelcome Breaking news.
‘Take out the daily diary and not down the unit test portion of Biology’.
UNIT TEST- the test series that takes place every alternate month in my school. God knows who invented this “test culture” in this world. I literally hate this.
Test and Exams were nightmare for me, I was very much afraid of these, not because I had to study but because the report cards we get and that too with a presumed condition of submitting it back to the Class teacher after getting it signed from parents.
Trrriiinnnnnngggggggg
At last the bell rang.
‘Sorry Maa’m’ I said to my teacher when was passing through the door of my class. She didn’t even give me a look and went away.
I cleaned my trousers and went inside the class.
‘One more period and we will have lunch break’ my partner said with a smile on his face.
I called him partner and not friend because we were the students of almost nil intellectual level; we were never interested in Studies and most of the times he accompanies me when I was thrown out of the class.
Keep watching this space………..to be continued.

Story teller part 1
This Story is cent percent real. Any resemblance to real persons, living or dead is purely incidental. That is why I am not going to use the real name of My school and classmates. This is the story of a boy from my class and to give a real feel I am going to play his role.
Here it goes...................................................
First Crush…………… Class 1st Science Maa’m
Second Crush……….. English Maa’m
And there were “N” number of Crushes till I reach class 5th.
‘Naveen, What do you mean by chlorophyll’ my biology teacher asked.
‘What’ , I said
‘Don’t you know you should say, I beg you pardon maa’m, stupid’ she said.
‘Common tell me, what do you mean by chlorophyll’
I saw the class with no answer in my eyes, there were a few guys dying to answer with their hands raised, I don’t know why she always wants answer from me when others are there to answer.
‘Anybody got the ruler’ she said.
The hands which were raised to give answers went down in their bag to search and handover the scale to teacher as soon as possible.
You can never find a scale in the bag of a duffer student but intellegent students or so called class toppers always carry scale with them, and that too wooden, as if someone has given them contract to pass over the scale to teacher whenever a helpless student like me is suppose to be beaten.
After I had my part of punishment I was asked to leave the class and get kneel down in the corridoor.

17 Feb 2010, finally raising the curtain
I never knew that after writing 2-3 blogs only I would be that much popular that people will ask me personally to write more. Yesterday only a friend of mine right from Chicago asked me (sarcastically) to write something.
I took it positively and again….. I am back to my blog.
No doubt you must be smiling or rather laughing by this time after reading my progress in this f…. bloggers world.
This much is enough for today, but I promise, from tomorrow I’ll write such an interesting story or rather a love story of a Boy from my school that you’ll fall in love with it (not the boy but with the story). Please don’t expect a story like Chetan Bhagat, in which the boy propose the girl on the tenth page and she accepts the offer the very same day huh….. What a crap…..
My stories would be the real ones, where a boy thinks 100 or sometimes 1000 times before proposing the girl ….
So keep watching this space to add excitement in your life…..

Because of a few good collegues I was able to feel like I had something special today. I really wanna thank them.
